Profiling TOOLS

Using profiling tools to help raise self-awareness and build stronger, more effective working relationships

Who are profiling tools for?

The use of profiling tools help us to understand our own preferences and behavioural tendencies so that we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and others and communicate more effectively, resulting in improved relationships, enhanced teamwork and collaboration

Rather than thinking who could do with a profile within your business, it can be more helpful to think about what challenges you want to solve and then see how profiling can assist in solving those challenges.

For example, if your team are having communication issues and conflicts are not easily resolved, then a communication workshop with built-in profiling could be the ideal solution.

Why Choose Yellow Duck Development?

How Profiling Works

Yellow Duck Development are qualified to administer both Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DiSC profiling tools. Employees complete an online profiling questionnaire and will receive a feedback report detailing their feedback from one of our accredited practitioners.

We offer profiling as a standalone service but most frequently as part of a development programme. We explore in detail the core elements of the profiling tool, what it means when communicating with others and whilst working in a team and we help individuals to identify opportunities for improvement and take action!

The Benefits of uSING Profiling TOOLS

There are benefits to both employers and employees. Having a team that understands what makes them tick, how they work best, how they prefer to be communicated with, and what motivates them creates greater self-awareness and team members will be able to approach tasks and challenges in new ways.

One of the key benefits we see in organisations is improved communication all around. Improved communication means better conversations (including healthy conflict!), improved decision making, enhanced productivity and of course, everyone works better together!
